The company's main activities are:
- decaffeination for third parties (tailored to the client's request)
- selling decaffeinated coffee
- selling unprocessed, natural caffeine
- dewaxing
- Ochratoxin removal
- Negative flavour removal
The coffee processing occurs directly on raw beans. These techniques have been refined to maintain the organoleptic properties of the original product, so that it is really difficult to distinguish the decaffeinated, dewaxed or detoxified product from non-processed coffee.
