Customised decaffeinated coffee

Demus is able to control its production process for the purpose of obtaining a residue of caffeine lower than the already low limit fixed by the regulations (for example, no higher than 0.05%). The client who requires a further decrease in this specification must officially request this during contract negotiations.   

Moreover, Demus, on client’s request, can decaffeinate individual qualities of coffee (to be blended after roasting) or blend the coffee on the basis of a recipe provided by the client during the process of decaffeination in order to obtain homogeneous decaffeinated blends.
